2 small boxes or 2 grocery bags (paper or plastic) ONLY per household. All shredding is done onsite.
Keep your lawn cut and Flower Beds maintained
You are responsible for mowing your lawn and maintaining the flower beds of your property, both front and back yards. Lawns not mowed will be submitted to the township for enforcement. Flower beds must be maintained and trees over the street trimmed at least 6 feet up!
You can submit an HOA violation notice by going to the HOA website and submitting a ByLaw Violation Form for homeowners not maintaining their lawns, flower beds or trees.
Yard waste / Compost collection has started for the Spring
Pickup Day: Same day as trash & recycling
Accepted Materials: Grass, leaves, garden clippings, small branches (under 4 feet)
Container Options:
Paper compost bags
Personal 32-gallon cans with “Compost” stickers
95-gallon compost cart from Priority Waste
Brush/branches under 4 feet must be bundled when not in a container or bag
Weight Limit: 50 lbs per bag/can/bundle
The township will be starting their Branch chipping service on May 1st through September 30th for branches longer than 4 feet. Place the CUT END toward the curb. No stumps!
Small branches need to be trimmed to 4 foot lengths and tied in bundles weighing less than 50 lbs or placed in compost containers.
Trailers parked in Driveways
Per the HOA Bylaws - Please remember that 72 hours (3 Days) is the limit for parking campers, motor homes, boats and all types of trailers parked in the driveway past the front edge of your home
